684: How to disable the quick start RSS news feed in Sibelius 7

If you are finding Sibelius 7 won't start up and show the Quick Start, it could be a firewall is blocking access to the Good feed that Sibelius uses to show the news from SibeliusBlog.com in the QuickStart.
