526: Using Microsoft Autoruns to resolve Sibelius start up issues

Sibelius 5 and 6 crashing on startup or you are unable to see the dialogs and menus correctly. Microsoft's Autoruns can help show you what the program is that's causing problems and allows you to disable it and help run Sibelius again.
