182: Opening MIDI files - lyrics appear on arbitrary staves

Lyrics in type 0 midi files may appear on arbitrary staves - there's no way of knowing in type 0 files which channel lyrics are attached to.

Note also that lyrics are imported as single text items rather than text in the Lyrics text style, as this was known to cause problems in earlier versions of Sibelius.

These problems only affect Type 0 MIDI files, so Type 1 files are unaffected.
