153: Clefs - how to omit (e.g. for a lead sheet)

Create a clef at the start and switch off Draw on subsequent staves in the Create > Clef dialog. To remove the gap allowed for the clef on subsequent staves, in House Style > Engraving Rules, Clefs and Key signatures page, set Initial clef width to 0. Then move the very first note/rest of the score rightwards to avoid colliding with the clef.
