What do I do with this message: Cloudflare Ray ID 86efOe398eebc493 ? I was making a pdf to send some music out, and I was abruptly locked out of my Sibelius Ultimate program.

Email me the following so that we can open a support case for you:

- Sibelius system ID
- email address (or email address associated with your My Avid account)
- current operating system version (Mac? Windows? Specify version)
- Screenshot of Avid Link > Products tab showing Avid Link and Sibelius versions installed
